My name is Tia. Married with a beautiful daughter, I spent twenty-three years as a Pharmacy Technician before taking on the task of managing the office of my husband’s communications company. I enjoy doing Cross Fit and weight training to stay healthy and, as the owner of Bodies in Harmony, I’ve discovered the joy of helping others on their wellness journey using light and sound therapy.
